Agreement

By using hollywoodrescuegrooming.org, you agree to these terms. Hollywood Rescue Grooming Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 47-3851594) organized in California.

Donations

• Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt by email.
• Donations are final and non-refundable. If you made an error — a duplicate gift, a wrong amount — email us within 30 days and we will do our best to correct it.
• Gifts are used to fund the Foundation's grooming programs and operations. Where a donation is designated for a specific program, we honor that designation; if that program is fully funded, we will apply the gift to the area of greatest need.
• Recurring donations continue until you cancel. You can cancel any time by emailing us or using the link in your receipt.

Our grooming programs

Our free grooming for shelter pets, veterans' pets, unhoused community members' pets, and low-income families is offered subject to volunteer and van availability. Requesting a groom does not guarantee an appointment, and we may need to reschedule.

Grooming is a cosmetic and welfare service, not veterinary care. Our groomers may point out something they notice on a pet, but nothing said by a volunteer is a diagnosis. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.

What we are and aren't

The Foundation makes shelter pets adoptable by grooming them. We do not operate a shelter or kennel, and we do not adopt out, foster, or place pets ourselves — our shelter and rescue partners do. Adoption questions should go to the shelter that has the pet.

Content and trademarks

Text, photographs, video, and the Foundation's name and logo on this site are owned by the Foundation or used with permission, and may not be reused commercially without written permission. Press and media may use our photos with credit — email us and we will send you assets.

Photographs of pets and people are published with the permission of the shelters, partners, and individuals involved.

Links to other sites

We link to partner shelters, press coverage, and to Go Hollywood Grooming, the for-profit business founded by our founders. Go Hollywood Grooming is a legally separate company. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it "as is," without warranties. Statistics and program details are current as of publication and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms; the date below reflects the current version.
